Brenntag presents injection molding process for optical and decorative components
Brenntag offers polymers solutions that are perfectly tailored to our customers' requirements. At Fakuma 2024, we will be showcasing our expertise in polymers technology. Using the example of an espresso cup, we will be presenting injection moulding production optimized for this process at our stand 5204 in hall B5.
Together with our project partners Dr. BOY Spritzgiessautomaten, the toolmaker Solidtec GmbH and the engineering service provider MB Engineering, a minimum requirement for qualitative processing across the process chain of material handling and its processing will be demonstrated. The focus will be on dust-free and dried processing in order to achieve the highest possible quality and minimal waste.
The material of choice for this trade fair process is a polycarbonate grade from the supplier Formosa Idemitsu Petrochemical Corp. which can already be pre-colored as a service from Brenntag on customer request and is marketed in several countries in Europe.
