The entry into fully automated dosing technology!
As with all systems, this is based on the tried and tested CARIO standard components.
One of the key differences to our table dosing device is that the use of a Siemens operator panel "OP17 DP" and an external central unit (CPU) with additional modules provides a wide range of expansion options and flexibility. This means that the prerequisites for controlling additional functions and peripheral components with this dosing system that are necessary for automation are met. Powerful interfaces, e.g. to external controls (production line, robots...) can also be implemented on this basis.
Another advantage of this control concept: The gear pump drives responsible for absolutely precise dosing quantities are designed as positioning drives with Profi-Bus control. This means that an exactly reproducible positioning accuracy of approx. 0.002 angular degrees is achieved across the entire range of the variably parameterizable dosing performance.
