Process customer inquiries: You are the first point of contact for our customers and process incoming inquiries by telephone and email.

Sales support: You will support our sales team in creating offers and following up on customer inquiries.

Data maintenance: You maintain and update customer data in our CRM system to ensure smooth communication.

Advice and sales: You advise our customers on our products and services and actively support the sales process.

These tasks offer you a varied job in a dynamic environment in which you can work both face-to-face and mobile. A technical background is particularly desirable in order to best meet the requirements of our customers. We look forward to receiving your application for our location in Scheer!



What we expect from you:

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Ideally several years of professional experience in sales
High communication and persuasive skills as well as negotiation skills
