Your profile:

- Successfully completed technical studies as an engineer/industrial engineer or comparable qualification acquired through professional experience
- Several years of experience in managing sales teams of medium-sized mechanical engineering companies, ideally in plastics processing (extruders, presses, injection molding machines)
- Proven success in sales and project-related key account management of capital goods requiring explanation

Your tasks:

- Technical and disciplinary management and further development of our sales team through guidance and systematic coaching
- Development and implementation of activities to increase market presence, sales growth and customer loyalty
- Supporting well-known key accounts, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new customers
- Development and support of a network of international sales partners
