HR Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks include in particular:
• You are the contact person for our employees and handle the implementation of all administrative tasks
• Creating and maintaining personnel files and managing personnel master data is nothing new for you
• Creating employment contracts, certificates, activity reports, personnel evaluations, and individual certificates comes just as easily to you as reliably monitoring and managing time-sensitive processes such as onboarding and offboarding
• You handle correspondence with external entities (social security providers, associations, authorities, etc.)
• You support the preparation of payrolls, considering all legal and company-specific regulations
• Additionally, you take on independent responsibility for the development of new HR projects
Your profile:
• You have successfully completed commercial training, possibly with further education in human resources
• At least 2 years of professional experience is desirable
• You bring solid knowledge of labor law as well as relevant experience in payroll processing
• You possess a high degree of social competence, communication, and teamwork skills
• You have a careful, reliable, and structured working style, along with discretion and flexibility
