Your tasks include in particular:
• Responsible design of injection molding tools, fixtures, and measuring devices in the area of prototypes and series production
• Analyzing and interpreting article data with regard to tool design and manufacturing processes
• Creation of production documents (manufacturing and customer documentation, bill of materials, individual part drawings, etc.)
• Direct communication with internal departments and customers, as well as providing technical support to the sales and project departments
• Management and review of external designs
Your profile:
• Completed vocational training in a technical field and/or as a technical product designer
• Further training as a designer, mechanical engineering technician, or engineer is advantageous
• Experience in the design of injection molding tools or related fields
• Experience with CATIA V5 and/or Siemens NX, as well as a good understanding of manufacturing processes and their proper implementation
• Careful working style and a high sense of responsibility
