Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks include in particular:
• You are responsible for acquiring new customers and building long-term customer relationships
• You support our Sales Managers with the calculation and preparation of our offers
• After some time, you will independently handle contract negotiations
• You review certification, payment, delivery, and deadline conditions
• You accompany our acquired projects together with project management
• You conduct market analyses and develop future strategies in the sales context
• Development towards a Sales Manager
• Participation in trade fairs, customer conferences, and other events
Your profile:
• Successfully completed technical training or studies
• Initial sales experience is advantageous
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Initial experience with production-related software systems (ERP) would be desirable
• You have a high sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and a ''hands-on mentality''
• Strong communication skills and an independent working style are essential
• You enjoy interacting with people and see your future in sales
• Good English skills, both written and spoken, are an advantage
