Technical Sales Engineer - Poland

Our client is a family run business, specialising in the production of adhesives and coatings, offering a wide range of solutions to their customers.

Due to steady growth in the Polish market an exciting opportunity has arisen to help increase the market share in Poland. This may develop into a role covering other areas of Eastern Europe, using the technical understanding of the product range to provide not only commercial support but technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

· Support the commercial team in the acquisition of business
· Work closely with 20 currently assigned customers in Poland
· Follow up of new leads and contacts from exhibitions, company data bases, associations
· Support the Sales Director on tasks that need attention
· Conduct technical customer trials and support on site
· With the Sales Director, create sales strategies for the designated region
· Keeping customers informed about new technologies
· Updating customer records on CRM system

The Candidate:

· Degree educated in a chemical or materials principle or packaging
· Fluent in Polish & English
· Commercial mindset
· Strong communication
· Analytically minded
· Willing to travel 60% of the time
· Ambitious and proactive
