What You Bring
• Degree in Polymers Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a comparable technical qualification
• Strong business acumen
• Extensive sales experience
• Knowledge of the polymer industry
• Experience in injection molding and design of polymer components is an advantage
• High level of initiative, commitment, and an independent, structured working style
• Results-oriented thinking and actions, along with resilience and assertiveness
• Clear, goal-oriented communication
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
