What You Can Expect:
-Customer care/customer correspondence
-Development of personal and trustworthy customer relationships
-Scheduling and processing orders
-Preparation of quotations
-Conducting price negotiations
-Preparation of framework contracts and quantity contracts
-Support in handling complaints and preparing invoice corrections
-Coordination of delivery dates with production and shipping
-Determining planning figures for the following year

What Sets You Apart:
-You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
-You have professional experience in internal sales
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Good knowledge of SAP is desirable
-Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
-Good communication skills and persuasive abilities
-High level of assertiveness and confident demeanor
-You are flexible, a team player, and resilient
