BLITZ PURGE prduct range
BLITZ PURGE products set new standards in the removal of degrades deposits and colour changes in injection moulding and extrusion systems. They are supplied as granules, eliminating the need for time-consuming cleaning of powder residues from the feed walls and the risk of nozzle blockages when used by untrained users. A particularly gentle, non-abrasive polishing additive matrix acts purely mechanically without soak time and without changes to the machine and temperature parameters.
Blitz Purge products can be sucked up and easily be mixed with any natural product, making cleaning particularly cost-effective. The products are suitable for use in temperature ranges from 160°C - 390°C and for all materials and MFI values. In a 1:1 mixture with your production material, hot runners and extrusion tools can also be cleaned.
Blitz Purge products can also be used for preventative cleaning or to switch off and freeze your machines during shutdowns or at weekends to prevent further deposits.
Blitz Purge products contain no chemical ingredients, are odourless, REACH/FDA compliant, the ingredients are GRAS (generally recognised as safe) and are considered to be harmless to health. Users are not exposed to any harmful emissions. There are no special requirements regarding transport or labelling, they can be disposed of as normal household waste and have an unlimited shelf life.
BLITZ PURGE ULTRA is often the last resort when dismantling and manual cleaning of the screw or pipe head is otherwise imminent. Can be used pure from a minimum cross-section of 1.6 mm, diluted 1:1 from 1.2 mm.
BLITZ PURGE HR Pure can be used from a minimum cross-section of 1.2 mm, diluted 1:1 from 0.7 mm.
