Qiqiangsheng Moulds has an occupation of 20000 square meters for R & D and manufacturing base. This manufacturing base includes R & D center, molds workshop, injection molding workshop, assembly workshop, etc., which is able to provide one-stop services for clients. Currently, our business range covers smart kitchen products, health technology products, metacosmic digital products Plastic injection molds, die casting molds, plastic molding, OEM/ODM for electronic products.
1, Upon receiving RFQ, we will work out prices list with molds layout for customers;
2, Once quotation is confirmed, we will work out detailed DFM for customers’ approval;
3, After DFM is accepted, we will work out molds drawings for customers’ approval;
4, Then the molds drawings are approved, we will start steel order & share production schedule with customers;
5, When we start machining, we will provide daily update for customers until T0;
6, Upon T0, we will share molds trial videos, samples dimensions reports, molds dimensions report & send samples to customers for approval;
7, Once samples are approved, we will proceed with molds shipment or mass production;
8, For mass production, we can provide one-stop service for customers, from injection molding, printing, hot stamping, painting, PCBA SMT to final assembly.

For all the above processes, we have ERP system to track each step, from procurement, machining, fitting, injection molding to final assembly, we can guarantee the products of good quality & quick delivery.
