Microblasting Equipment PEENMATIC 620S
PEENMATIC 620S with MICROPEEN 250 - for defined microblasting to achieve perfect, unique surfaces:
• Electrode production: Uniforming of electrodes, removing of loose elements, opening surface pores, removing burrs (including miniature electrodes), increasing service life, reducing Ra values.
• Eroded surfaces: Removal of the white / melting zone and loose elements with simultaneous uniforming of the surface. Improvement of the surface roughness, without removing edges or corners, dimensional and shape tolerances are retained.
• Grinded surfaces: Removal of furrow formation, grinding burn or carbide deposits (grinding wheel residues) from the surface.
• Demoulding blasting: Densification of mould cavities after cleaning the surface (2 step technology) to reduce demoulding forces and cycle time. At the same time, tribological additives can be embedded in the mould surface to prevent material adhesion.
• Preparation of adhesive surfaces: Creation of defined surface topographies for mechanical anchoring of galvanic coatings, PVD, CVD, metal spray and plasma coatings etc.
• Structuring: Creation of defined surface geometries and roughness values.
• Rapid tooling: Removal of processing marks, loose elements, material residues with subsequent possible densification to strengthen the surface.
In the PEENMATIC 620S, the surfaces of a wide variety of components, workpieces, tools etc. can therefore be re-treated. Surface processing with microblasting can significantly reduce manufacturing costs. Unique surface results can be achieved for various applications.
As a further ergonomic development of the PEENMATIC 620S, the PEENMATIC 620S Ergo is now available. It is also equipped with electric height adjustment. In addition, it has - among other things - a larger sight window and more legroom, making this ergonomic microblasting unit ideal for long processing times.
