2. AHP.Standards
a) Vertical Mechanical Lifters
- Enable to release undercuts without the need of sliders in the ejector plates.
- Very compact in size avoids additional machining regards other solutions in the market.
- Completely mechanical solutions
- Possible to demold up to 30mm undercuts.
b) Double Ejection Systems / Latch Locks
- 3 sequences available
- Possible to combine 4 different plate sequences
- Possible to install internally and externally in the tool.
- Developed for big tools

3. Built-in cylinder (EBZ)
- Round short-stroke cylinder
- Can be integrated into a tool
- Direct installation without additional piping
- Very small size for small installation areas
- Piston rods ground and hardened

4. Last Chance Filter (LCF)
- Innovative idea how to prevent particles to damage the cylinders
- Clogged filter can resist up to 240 bars without collapsing
- Filters are cleanable and reusable
- With pullout thread for maintenance

5. Block Cylinder - hydraulic port on long side
